Why the new name

A name that says what we're about.

Juno was the name we started with. As we've grown, we wanted a name that says what we're about.

Helfa is inspired by health, because that's the whole idea: making it easy to get more whole fruit and veg in, every day. So we've given ourselves a new name, and a much nicer box.

If you've had Juno before, nothing you love has changed. Same recipes, same amount in every sachet, same price, and the same two people behind it.

Questions

Is this the same company?

Yes. Helfa is Juno with a new name. Same team (that's us, Connor and Katie), same smoothies, same customer service.

Has the recipe changed?

No. Every flavour has exactly the same fruit and veg as before, and the same amount goes in every sachet. The sachets are just a slightly different shape: a bit longer and slimmer.

Will my subscription carry on?

Yes, exactly as it is: same price, same delivery schedule, same flavours. You don't need to do anything, and you can still change, pause or skip it whenever you like.

Why does my bank statement say Helfa?

Because Juno is now Helfa. Payments now show as "Helfa" instead of Juno. It's the same order and the same subscription, just with our new name.

Do my old Juno account details still work?

Yes. Log in with the same email address you used for Juno. Your orders and subscription are all there.

Can I still use my discount codes?

Yes. Any codes you already have still work as before, with the same terms and expiry dates.

Will junosmoothies.com still work?

Yes. It takes you straight to Helfa.
